Ingredients
- Your choice of the following liquids 1
- 1 cup almond milk or ½ cup coconut milk.
- ¼ cup berries
- 2 scoops Arbonne Protein
- 1 scoop soluble fiber
- 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seed
- 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
- 1 cup water and ½ cup ice to achieve desired texture. Can add additional water too.
- If using PaleoCleanse Powder- replace 1 scoop of Arbonne with 1 scoop of PaleoCleanse powder 1-2 times daily. A single scoop of PaleoCleanse Powder can also be used alone as your protein replacement.
Instructions
- Pour in almond milk, powders, spinach, berries and chia into a blender. Top off with water and ice.
- Blend and serve.
