Basic Protein Smoothie

  • Your choice of the following liquids 1
  • 1 cup almond milk or ½ cup coconut milk.
  • ¼ cup berries
  • 2 scoops Arbonne Protein
  • 1 scoop soluble fiber
  • 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seed
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
  • 1 cup water and ½ cup ice to achieve desired texture. Can add additional water too.
  • If using PaleoCleanse Powder- replace 1 scoop of Arbonne with 1 scoop of PaleoCleanse powder 1-2 times daily. A single scoop of PaleoCleanse Powder can also be used alone as your protein replacement.
  1. Pour in almond milk, powders, spinach, berries and chia into a blender. Top off with water and ice.
  2. Blend and serve.
