Paleo Chocolate “Mousse” 

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the fruit into a food processor with the banana, coconut milk (or other) and carob or cocoa powder. Add any other ingredients and allow it to blend together until completely combined.  CLICK HERE

 


Chia Chocolate Pudding 

Mix together and chill for 15- 30 minutes. Serve and top with a few berries and a splash of coconut milk. Could also use unsweetened cocoa powder and liquid stevia or monk fruit to sweeten in replace of Arbonne powder. .  CLICK HERE

Honeycrisp Apples with Warmed Coconut Butter and Cinnamon 

Put the apples in 2 serving bowls. Warm the coconut oil by placing it in a steamer for 10 minutes. Stir and drizzle on the apples. Top with cinnamon.  CLICK HERE
