A healing tonic for your stomach. Can heal the stomach from the damage H-pylori infection can cause.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk ( homemade is best)
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon grated ginger
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
Instructions
  1. Add milk to a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and honey, and whisk to combine.
  3. Continue to cook on the stovetop until slightly simmering, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately, Can also transfer to a blender and process 10 to 20 seconds until frothy.
