Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk (in a carton, not canned)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • a dash of allspice
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
