Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 large Cauliflower
  • 1 large leek
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • a dash of salt and pepper to taste
  • red chili flakes to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry cauliflower and separate into florets. Cut leek long ways and rinse to get grit and sand out. Slice leeks into ½ inch pieces crosswise. In a large bowl, cauliflower with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Add leeks, stir around and bake for another 10 minutes. Add minced shallots, stir around, and bake another 10 minutes; top with chili flakes if desired.
